Saturday Morning Coffee

Coffee will be served for our exhibitors beginning at 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM in the Event Tent. Learn about our Gold sponsors as you enjoy your coffee. Feel free to take your coffee to the Exhibitors’ Meeting starting at 8:30 AM in the show ring.

Exhibitors’ Meeting

A mandatory Exhibitors’ Meeting conducted by judge Sara Jane Maclellan will be held Saturday at 8:30 AM in the Show Ring. Halter classes will start Saturday immediately following the Opening Ceremony.

Halter Classes

Halter classes will start Saturday immediately following the Opening Ceremony. Production classes will be called first followed by black juvenile males. Classes will break at 11:45 for lunch and resume at 1:15 following the Fashion Show. The judge will determine the last class of the day. Halter classes will resume Sunday morning at 8:30 AM and will run until end of judging.

Fleece Show

Fleece Show judging will begin FRIDAY NIGHT at 5:00 pm. Therefore, fleece check-in will END at 2:00 pm Friday. If Friday check-in by 2:00pm is a difficulty, please make sure you send in your fleeces prior to the show by sending fleeces to: Liz Kataras.
The Fleece Show will be closed to the public until end of judging on Sunday.
